Very large, clean room on the top floor, just as we requested. (We booked a family room even though we were just a couple.)

Poor water pressure; bed headboard felt sticky(!); confusing signage from the car park to the hotel reception (we traipsed through the bar of the adjacent pub/restaurant).

It was a daft to have to pay for the 2 rooms we booked separately and to have to give the baby / childrens names at reception to be allowed to use the rooms (?) This procedure seemed special at this location - no such nonsence at a Coventry Premier Inn we used the same week.

Very quiet - good bed and size of room

Check in was pleasant and efficient.

The disabled room did not have a separate shower. It was not made clear that the breakfast to go was not available until 0800. The takeaway coffee was awful! The tv only received one channel.

Quiet room request was honoured. Room clean and comfortable.

I live in Sussex and had an appointment in the Rugby area, early on the morning of 1st April. I therefore decided to drive up the night before, to avoid an early morning start. My choice was purely geographical. The hotel was very easy to find as it is just off the M6. I have used Premier Inn before and found them to be of a good standard. Booking in was easy, as I had used the on line booking service. The young lady on reception was polite and helpful. I declined the offer of the 'eat all you can' breakfast for £7.99, as there is no way in the world I could eat enough to make that deal worthwhile. I booked in, went to the bar and had a beer then straight to bed.

The only issue was the cost. This is not a complaint, as your pricing is very competitive. The rooms are advertised from £29 but I actually paid £67. I was travelling as a single person but the cheapest room was £67. As I say, not a complaint, but I had hoped to get a cheaper deal (as is human). Having said that, I am more than happy to pay £67 and know that I am getting a nice room, than risk a B&B.

Room was hot. Fan was noisy so switcched off and opened window. Traffic waas noisy throughout night. Total 3.5 hours sleep and not in best form for a full day business event the next day.

The bed was very comfortable and the food was good especially as we had a toddler with us - he loved his meal.

I was very impressed with the room, which was huge. The bed was extremely comfortable, the sheets were crisp and the choice of pillows in the room meant I found one that was the perfect height/firmness!! The room was spotlessly clean. Extremely good value for money and would recommend.

Perfect location for our needs. Clean and comfortable with friendly staff.

The restaurant had loud club music playing at breakfast time. It was very inappropriate for all of the people in the restaurant which included 3 groups with young children and 2 elderly couples. I had to ask for the music to be changed. It wasn't changed but the volume was turned down.

Rooms were as booked(adjoining) which was very important to meet out family's health needs. Very comfortable beds

The restaurant was poorly staffed for breakfast. Lots of food items (breads, milk, juice, fruit salad) ran out and were not replaced, as did the cups/glasses. We had to stand and wait for staff to appear from the kitchen to ask them to bring new items/crockery and they were clearly poorly organised eg there were no croissants( or indeed any breads other than sliced bread) left at 1015am and we were told to wait 12 mins while they were cooked. We had to wait for the dishwasher to finish to get clean glasses and cups. A well organised and staffed restaurant would have been on top of the dishwasher schedule, cooking fresh items before they ran out and proactively replacingfood and crockery when they were running low There were lots of guests milling around the counters asking looking for staff to restock various items. I wanted a quick croissant and coffee as advertised, but my family had eaten a full cooked breakfast before the croissants were ready and I could start.

    Location, parking, staff all good

Unable to use power points as too close to joinery. House plugs modified to fit... Possibly a safety issue here. Glasses didn't match, no fridge.
